In this modern world where there are so many ways to stay connected, we can often feel isolated and alone. I am here to offer you my 35 year experience of caring for people in the community at some of their most difficult times with anxiety, bereavement and loss caused by situations that changed your life; that you had no control over. They can arrive unannounced and unexpected turning your world upside down. I would be honoured to support you in the therapeutic process. It may seem a little daunting; but be assured that you are at the heart of this journey.

What Do I Offer?

I offer person centered counselling with the ability to incorporate creative techniques if this is something you feel would be beneficial. This kind of talking therapy allows you to explore your thoughts without judgement in a safe environment. Working with the mind/body connection to enable you to understand those trigger points within the body, finding ways to recognise and regulate. I wish to understand and connect with your story.


Currently I work Face 2 Face from my spacious motor home, online, telephone and Walk and Talk outdoors.

  • Face to Face may be your preference. It offers the opportunity for co-regulation where one nervous system may calm the other through body language, tone and pitch of voice.



  • Online has many benefits too. Including:  


  • The sanctuary of being in your own home, in a place that feels safe for you, comfortable clothes, your pets around you, a comfy sofa and a cup of tea.


  • ​​​All that’s required is a good internet connection, a computer, laptop or smartphone and a private space. Headphones increase the feeling of privacy.

Walk and Talk Sessions

Walk and Talk allows you to explore and regulate those thoughts and feelings with the rhythm of nature. The elements can deepen the experience whilst offering a sense of freedom from traditional face to face therapy. The benefits of being outside can reduce stress and anxiety.
